Glenallachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It joined the distillery's core range in 2019.
Master distiller Billy Walker chose PX and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads for the maturation, aiming for depth and a full finish.
The nose is sherried fruit with cocoa. On the palate, rich raisins and sweet spices come together with butterscotch, leading to a long finish of citrus fruits and dark chocolate.
