Founded in 1967 GlenAllachie distillery started off by producing whisky for blends including in later years for Chivas Brothers. In 2017 the distillery was sold to Master Distillers Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and ex-Inver House Distillers MD Graham Stevenson who formed the GlenAllachie Distillers company and started bottling single malts which are well known for their fruity expressions. With this single cask 11 year old the aromas of figs, orange peel and cocoa will meet your nose, the palate is honey, milk chocolates, popcorn and citrus with a long finish of orange zest, caramel and oak.
