This is a single cask GlenAllachie, a 10 year old Speyside single malt distilled in 2015 and matured in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, number 9218. It was bottled at 56.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle as part of the GlenAllachie UK Master Blenders Selection 2026.
The outturn was 351 bottles.
On the nose are black cherries, mocha and molasses-soaked orchard fruit, with heather honey, butterscotch and glazed almonds. The palate has plum syrup, baking spices and black cherry jam, then warmed honey, raisin butter and brandied figs.
