White Heather 15 Years Old is a blended Scotch whisky from the White Heather series, created by master blender Billy Walker. It combines grain whisky with malts from Speyside, Islay and the Highlands.
The whisky was drawn from former bourbon barrels, hogsheads and Spanish sherry casks, then blended. It was afterwards moved into casks that had held Pedro Ximénez sherry and Oloroso sherry, and into American oak.
