White Heather 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie, in a 70cl bottle. It has a high malt content and includes aged GlenAllachie in the blend, put together by master blender Billy Walker as a limited release. The aim was a full-bodied whisky balancing sweetness with gentle peat.
The nose is soft, with heather honey, butterscotch, peat reek and hints of tannin. On the palate, heather honey, butterscotch, orange peel and soft tannins sit in balance with peat and smoke.
