White Heather 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky made by the Glenallachie team, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The blend is 47% malt whisky and 53% grain whisky.
The first 18 years were spent in a mix of first fill American barrels, second fill barrels, hogsheads and sherry butts. A secondary maturation followed in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso puncheons and in Appalachian oak.
