Glenburgie 100 Proof Edition #2 is a 15 year old Speyside single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage at 57.1%, which is 100 proof. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024, having matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled without colouring or chill-filtration.
Candied fruit, maple syrup and spicy herbs shape its profile. The nose leans towards sweet sherry and fruit. On the palate come ripe berries and syrup, with subtle herbs and a trace of oak. The finish is long and warming, with marked sherry sweetness and a hint of spice.
