This is an 11 year old Glenburgie single malt, bottled by Càrn Mòr in its Strictly Limited series. It was distilled in 2010 and matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads.
Glenburgie is a Speyside distillery whose spirit is more often kept for blending. The sherry casks bring candied fruits, maple biscuits and sweet nutty notes to a sweet, approachable whisky.
