This is a 12 year old Glenburgie from the 2010 vintage, bottled by independent bottler Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited collection. Glenburgie is rarely seen as a single malt.
The whisky spent 10 years in PX sherry hogsheads. A total of 1,418 bottles were drawn from the cask in 2022.
It is fragrant and sweet, with a touch of oiliness. The sherry casks give a well-balanced, velvety character with dried fruits and a delicate spicy note.
