Glenburgie – 13 Years Cadenhead (70cl, 46%)

Glenburgie-Glenlivet 13 Years is a Speyside single malt from the Original Collection of Wm Cadenhead, an independent bottler from the makers of Springbank and Glengyle. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in September 2023, at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky spent two years finishing in port casks, followed by a final year in refill bourbon casks. The nose brings raspberry ice cream, lychee and coffee sweets. The palate is rich, with juicy dates, red cherries and pine. In the finish come dried raisins, walnuts and peanut butter.
