A 17-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, bottled by the independent Thompson Bros. of Dornoch. It was distilled on 22 January 2009 and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 53.7% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky spent all 17 years in first-fill bourbon barrels, which add vanilla, caramel and sweet spice.
Intense fruit, creamy sweetness, fine herbs and an elegant oak spice are the flavours usually described.
