A 25 year old Glenburgie from Speyside, distilled in 1992 and bottled by Dong Fang Ming from cask 4897, a sherry butt. It is bottled at 56.3%.
The nose offers honey on whipped cream, white flower, green apple, vanilla ice cream and the smell of a pastry shop. On the palate come grapefruit peel, Earl Grey tea, melangolo and sandalwood. The finish is semi-long, dry and woody, with cinnamon, citrus and crisp apple.
