This is a 30 year old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, distilled in 1995 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2026. It comes from cask 2, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, and is part of the Symington's Choice series, in which Andrew Symington of Signatory picks his favourite casks.
The cask gave 624 bottles, each at a natural cask strength of 53.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
