This Glenburgie is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2019 by Gordon & MacPhail at 43% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Distillery Labels series, which celebrates the long relationship between Gordon & MacPhail and the distillery, for which it acted as official bottler for many years.
The nose is subtle, with sherry aromas, butterscotch and spice. The palate is smooth and sweet with stewed fruit and milk chocolate, and the finish brings roasted hazelnut.
