A 21 year old Glenburgie from the Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice range, distilled in 2004 and bottled on 1 September 2025 at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV. It was matured in a refill sherry hogshead, cask 881, and filled 243 bottles of 70cl in batch 25/037.
Glenburgie was founded in 1810 as Kinflat Distillery by William Paul, and production officially began in 1829. Its whisky is best known as part of the Ballantine's and Teacher's blends, and Gordon & MacPhail has bottled for distilleries for decades.
