Glenburgie – 2008 11 Year Old Berry Bros & Rudd Single Cask 88 (70cl, 59.7%)

This is a single cask Glenburgie from Speyside, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2019 at 11 years old by the London merchants Berry Bros & Rudd. It comes from cask 88 and is bottled at its natural cask strength of 59.7%, in a 70cl bottle. The nose is fresh and fruity, with some nuttiness and coconut. The palate is clean, juicy and lively, with ripe fruit balanced by toasted almond. The finish is long and lingering.
