This is a 28 year old single malt from Glenburgie Distillery, near Alves in Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseur's Choice range. It was distilled in 1994. The whisky matured for 28 years in a single refill American hogshead. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. It is described as complex yet delicate, with sweet tropical passionfruit, fresh apple and warming spice.
