Glenburgie – 30 1995/2025 Signatory Vintage Symingtons Choice First Fill PX Hogshead Finish

This is a 30-year-old Glenburgie from Speyside, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage in its Symingtons Choice bottling. It was finished in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, number 203. The finish in Pedro Ximénez has produced a rich, oily and luxurious whisky with intense, dark sweet notes, a true dessert dram. It ends long and grows steadily drier.
