Glenburgie 30 Year Old is a Speyside single malt distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as number 2 in its Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. It comes from a single first-fill oloroso sherry butt.
The whisky is bottled at its natural strength of 53.2%, without added water or chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose carries figs, prunes and dark cherries with dark chocolate, candied orange peel and a hint of dried florals. The palate is full-bodied, with dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, soft oak, vanilla and a subtle nuttiness. The finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate, dried fruit and gentle oak spice.
