This is a 30 year old Glenburgie single malt from Speyside, selected by Signatory Vintage for its Symington's Choice series. It was distilled in 1995 and aged in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, then bottled in February 2026 at 53.2% ABV.
The butt gave 624 numbered bottles. The whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
Glenburgie's fruity, floral spirit takes on dark fruits, polished oak and warming spice from the first fill sherry wood.
