An 8 year old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in the 1990s at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Glenburgie's spirit is fragrant, sweet and slightly grassy, with a touch of oiliness. Most of it goes into the Ballantine's blend, so bottlings as a single malt are uncommon, and Gordon & MacPhail is among the few to have released it. The distillery was built near Forres in 1829.
