Glencadam 21 Year Old 'The Exceptional' is a Highland single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is predominantly matured in ex-Bourbon casks.
It is no longer in production. Glencadam's own character is flowers and pear drops, and its mature spirit has a soft, buttery quality.
The nose is floral and elegant with sweet orange citrus. The palate is refined and gentle, with floral orange citrus and candied pear sweetness balanced by peppery oak. The finish is lingering and dignified.
