This is a 2012 Glencadam from Cadenhead's Authentic Collection, bottled after ten years in a bourbon barrel at a cask strength of 61.2% abv. Just 264 bottles were released.
The nose offers lemon zest, sweet red apple and toffee. On the palate come blood orange, clotted cream and vanilla pods, and the finish carries gooseberries, nutmeg and white pepper.
