Glendalough – Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Glendalough Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made from both malted and unmalted Irish barley. It spent three years in bourbon casks, then up to a year in a rare Irish oak cask. The Irish oak brings a higher proportion of toasted oak and vanilla character, which complements and balances the classic spice of pot still whiskey. Each bottle is numbered and can be traced back to its cask, and even to the tree the oak came from.
