Waterford Organic Gaia 1.1 is a triple distilled Irish single malt from Waterford distillery, which was founded by three friends in 2003. It is the first organic Irish whisky certified by the Organic Trust. It was matured in first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, Vin Doux Naturel casks (sweet fortified wine) and premium French oak. It is bottled at 50% ABV with no added colouring, no chill-filtration and no additives. The flavour is led by vibrant barley, supported by citrus and fruit, with a growing touch of earthy spice.
