Waterford Sheestown 1.1 is a single malt Irish whiskey from the Waterford distillery, made as a single farm origin release with barley grown just outside Kilkenny. It was matured in French and American oak casks and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is described as having rich caramel and subtle vanilla, with a hint of oak. The aroma is warm, with toasted wood, and the finish is smooth and lingering.
