Bannow Island Edition 1.2 is a single malt Irish whiskey from Waterford, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from barley grown on the southern coast of County Wexford by Ed Harpur, and it is a limited edition release. The nose offers pears, green apples, salted toffee, toasted barley and vanilla. Apple crumble, cinnamon, toffee, lime zest and ginger come through on the palate, and the finish brings butterscotch, white grapes and white pepper.
