Glenfarclas 105 is a sherry cask single malt bottled at cask strength, 60% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is unpeated.
It can be drunk without water, though a drop is suggested to bring out more depth.
On the nose it is complex and oaky, with apples, pears and a dark toffee sweetness. The palate is dry and assertive, quickly turning to rich spice with oak and sherried fruit. The finish is very rounded, with a lingering spiciness.
