A 12 year old single malt from Glenfarclas, distilled in Speyside in the north of Scotland and bottled at 43% ABV.
The whisky matured in cask for no less than twelve years before bottling.
The nose combines fresh fruit, oak and sweet sherry, with a broad range of spices behind them. On the palate come dates and walnuts, with toffee and fresh apples in the background and a slight smokiness.
