This is Glenfarclas 15 Year Old, a Speyside single malt in a 20cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is the distillery's own bottling.
The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose brings ripe apples and pears with sherry, honey and fine oak. On the palate it is full-bodied, with sweet malt, dried fruit and a gentle spice. The finish is long and warming, with a light sherry note.
