Glenfarclas 15 Year Old is a sherried Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. Aged for fifteen years and bottled at 46%, it is described as having a more concentrated, richer flavour.
The nose is full and complex, with heather honey, vanilla fudge, raisins and plums. The palate has an oily texture and layers of marzipan, fruity sherry, cinnamon and ginger. The finish lingers with brown-sugar sweetness and fruit, and a little water brings out more sweetness.
