Glenfarclas 16 Years Old is a Speyside single malt matured in sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtering.
The nose combines sherry, fruit and fine spicy oak with honey, delicate cinnamon and a touch of chocolate. The palate is rich, sweet, oily and complex, with figs, dates and plums melting into spicy leather and oak. The finish is long and bittersweet, with warm sherry spice.
