A 17 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfarclas, matured in sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle, presented in a Glenfarclas tin tube.
The colour is deep amber with burnished copper and mahogany tones and a subtle ruby glow.
The nose has buttery toffee, sherried orange peel, dates and gentle cocoa. The palate is full and rich, with dried fruit, orange peel, sweet toffee and warming spice, with soft oak for balance. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sherry sweetness and gentle spice.
