A 30 year old single cask Glenfarclas from The Family Casks series, distilled in 1988 and bottled on 3 July 2018. It was matured in a refill sherry butt, cask 7054, and bottled at 52.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 596 bottles filled.
Glenfarclas began The Family Casks in 2007 to release single casks at cask strength, with the aim of offering at least one bottling from every production year. The distillery is in Ballindalloch in Speyside and has belonged to the Grant family since 1865.
