A 17 year old single cask Speyside malt from Glenfarclas, released as part of the Family Cask series for Winter 2017. It was distilled in 1999 and aged in a fourth-fill butt until it was bottled on 8 November 2017 at cask strength, 54.5% ABV.
The cask gave an outturn of 565 bottles.
Glenfarclas has been run by the Grant family since 1860, and its water comes from melt water on the slopes of Ben Rinnes.
