This is a single cask Speyside single malt from Glenfarclas, distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2014 for the distillery's Family Casks series. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky came from cask 6321, a sherry butt that yielded 608 bottles. It was bottled at full cask strength, 59.5% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration.
The sherry cask is expected to bring full sherry fruit flavours, and a drop or two of water is suggested.
