This is the Glenfarclas Christmas Single Cask, a 17 year old Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 59% ABV. It was distilled on 17 December 2007 and bottled in 2025.
The whisky matured in a refill Oloroso sherry butt, cask 2671. Distillery Manager Callum A Fraser chose this cask with the distillery's own bottling in mind, picking it for its notes of toffee and warming spice, which recall festive flavours.
