This is a single cask Glenfarclas distilled on 17 December 2007 and matured for 17 years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled on 3 November 2025 from cask 2671, at 59% ABV, giving 620 bottles of 70cl.
Distillery manager Callum A Fraser chose the cask together with the bottling team. Glenfarclas is a Speyside distillery at Ballindalloch, owned by the Grant family since 1865.
The cask was picked for its notes of toffee and warming spice, which bring Christmas flavours to mind.
