Glenfarclas Easter Edition 2014/2025 is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2014 and matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks from the Bodega José y Miguel Martín. The whisky aged in the old dunnage warehouse at the distillery. The casks were married in February 2025, and 3,000 bottles were filled at 46%.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is intense and sweet with sherry, malt, fine spices and dark chocolate. The palate is soft and full, with dark chocolate and juicy raisins, then prunes, malt and a little toffee. The finish is long, with lingering chocolate and fine demerara sweetness.
