Glenfarclas 2014/2026 1st Fill Sherry Butt #5191 - Whisky Live Germany - 50th Anniversary Kirsch Import (70cl, 64.4%)

This is a single cask Glenfarclas from the 2014 distillation, matured in a first fill sherry butt, number 5191, and bottled at cask strength of 64.4% on 17 August 2026. It was chosen for the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Import and released for Whisky Live Germany. The edition is a worldwide outturn of 643 bottles in 70cl, without chill-filtration or added colour. The nose is of intense sherry and dark dried fruit, with a warm, malty sweetness. On the palate come dark berries and caramel with toasted oak, and the long finish pairs dark demerara sweetness with spicy wood.
