Glenfarclas 21 Years is a Speyside single malt from a family-run distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It has a dark amber colour, and in 2016 it won two gold medals at a spirits competition in San Francisco.
The nose is intense and full, with sherry, tropical fruit, nutmeg and a hint of citrus. The palate is full-bodied, very fruity and spicy, with a smoky character. The finish is long and rich, with a little smoke at the close.
