This is Glenfarclas 25 Year Old, a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV.
It is bright gold with a pale straw hue. The nose is deep and powerful, with prune, roasted nuts, honey and polished floorboards. The palate is mouthfilling with a lively tingle, then honey and dried fruit over rich, spicy, sweet malt. The finish is medium long, with dried fruit and a touch of sweet leather.
