This is a 25 year old Glenfarclas single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is complex, with marmalade, honey, freshly ground coffee, sherry and nuts, plus some oaky tannins. The palate is full bodied and robust, with sherry and oak in balance. The finish is intense, long, dry and malty, ending on dark chocolate.
