Glenfarclas 25 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose begins with a touch of menthol and classic sherry notes, with plenty of complexity. The palate is very clean at its centre but surprisingly peppery, with zingy top notes, sherry, creamy barley, gingerbread and nutty chocolate. The finish is very long and complex, rich in oak, with hints of smoke, cocoa and butter.
