Glenfarclas – 30 Year Old Warehouse Edition (70cl)

A 30 year old single malt from Glenfarclas in Speyside, in a 70cl bottle, released as the Warehouse Edition. It is a rich, full bodied and heavily sherried whisky. Glenfarclas uses direct-fired stills, which give a heavy single malt, and matures almost exclusively in Jerez sherry casks. The distillery also says it shares some credit for the modern love of cask strength whisky, having introduced its 105 proof expressions in 1968.
