Glenfarclas – 35 Year Old Single Malt (2022) (43%)

Glenfarclas 35 Year Old is a single malt at 43% ABV, bottled on 22 September 2022 by the sixth generation of the Grant family, who have been at the distillery since 1865. The packaging shows the distillery's red-painted warehouse doors. Each year it is selected from a handful of casks that have matured for more than three decades. The nose is dried fruit and spices. The palate recalls burnt almonds mixed with dried fruit, creamy caramel and spice, and the finish is warm and lingering, with cinnamon and cocoa powder.
