Glenfarclas – 35 Year Old (70cl)

Glenfarclas 35 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside distillery, and the first 35-year-old the distillery has released. It came about when distillery manager Callum Fraser, walking through the historic warehouses, found a group of casks approaching 35 years and judged the whisky exceptional. The palate is velvety, smooth and full-bodied from first sip to last. A subtle initial sweetness moves into butterscotch, with a lasting warmth, and a gentle dryness emerges as the flavours settle.
