This is a 5 year old Glenfarclas single malt from the 1970s, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. The label stresses that the whisky is all malt and unblended, which mattered at a time when blends were commonplace.
Glenfarclas was established in 1836. This bottle dates from the era of direct-fired stills. Its labels are still attached with no peeling, though there is some discolouration on the left side of the front label.
