This is a 50 year old Glenfarclas bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its Probably Speyside's Finest label. The whisky was filled in 1967 and matured in a single sherry butt. The name nods to Glenfarclas, a Speyside distillery, and to the way Douglas Laing's bottlings of it are regarded. It is bottled from cask DL 12418.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
