A 60 year old single malt from Glenfarclas in Speyside, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from one of the oldest casks at the distillery, dating to 1959, and only 105 bottles were produced.
The nose brings Christmas cake steeped in Glenfarclas, with spice, orange and dark chocolate. The palate is silky, with Christmas pudding and brandy butter, rich dark spice, marzipan and Christmas sherry.
The bottle is presented in a hand-worked oak box lined in suede, made by royal warrant holder N. E. J. Stevenson.
